JUNE 2009	EDITORIAL The South American Congress of the Worldwide Missionary Movement is held every four years. In this activity we can better understand the words of the psalmist when he said: “How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” In this event there are no distinctions in nationalities, borders and cultures, and we all gather for the same objective, rejoicing in true harmony which we can only find in God. At the same time, this South American meeting allows us to celebrate all the great victories that God has given to this work in different countries and we can demonstrate that “When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him”. We are, by the grace of God, people who practice sound doctrine. It is our desire and prayer that God may help us to revive in our hearts the desire of living and teaching the pure and unleavened word. When we speak about SOUND DOCTRINE, we are speaking of sound teaching without contamination neither any other thing that may cause the body of Christ to become ill. The teaching of God’s Word may not be distorted nor manipulated with the intention of justifying a specific behavior. Sound doctrine is the biblical doctrine that guarantees any church its holiness and gives us a reason to become a separated people from the world, sin, and the power of darkness. A church that does not teach sound doctrine is a pagan and worldly church that follows the course of this world.
